The Act Arts Centre is a multi-faceted facility that advertises and informs all of its offerings through umbrella social media accounts across the Instagram and Facebook platforms.
The channels are a mix of information on live performances, arts learning programs, art gallery exhibits and informative information concerning the arts world both in the community and worldwide.
As the Marketing and Communications Supervisor, I was responsible for conceptualizing and scheduling content, creating graphics and writing copy for all social media posts.
Posts were a mixture of organic, boosted and paid ads with some shared content mixed in. Social media was the primary advertising method for The ACT and these posts led to sold out shows and authentic engagement with the community.
